working off Avaya G650 - every time I try to join a conference call by dialing a toll free number and entering the 6 digit participant code, cannot connect, get a recording back saying code not valid. It always happens and have confirmed that tel nbr, code are correct. Has anyone encountered this trouble? At other office where S8700 resides, no issues. Thanks

Please do a list trace when you try using conference and from there you can see what is the error code.

are you using an IP phone in dialing the conf brdg number? I do experience this also; tried changing a parameter on the Ip phone (801.q something) to on rather than auto. changed the eth int to 100MB full duplex also. its now working.
