BCM450 R1.0 with the latest software patches is experiencing intermintent problem when a 3rd party is added to a conference call and is very distorted. The initial 2 parties can hear each other still clearly but neither can hear the 3rd added party. The site uses this feature quite often 15+ times a day. Issue may only happen every 3-6 months though? A reboot clears the issue until it happens again. Has anyone got any suggestions as there are no alarms to indicate problem?
