Conference calling using a single line device

We will be installing a system to a client. Part of what they ordered was a Polycom conference speakerphone (a single line device).

Now here is the question, can the system be set up so that the person can dial out, connect to a person, then dial out a second time, connect to another person?

In other words, can this be set up to work like the Conference button on a system phone.

The point behind this one is that it allows everyone better access to the speakerphone.

look under standard phones and see if connfrence is possible and if so how its accomplished .
