Conference Call with Mute function rather then on hold music

Hi All,

I client would like to generate an conference call but be able to listen to all parties rather then putting them on hold and choose to speak with a party when button is pressed?

Is there a product that hangs of the IPO that can do this?

I don't know of any product for the IP Office that does that, seems an odd way of doing it though

That's not what he is talking about. He wants to be able to conference in a third person while still hearing the second person (versus that person going on hold until they are brought back).

You could do it with (2) phones. First, conference yourself in (the second phone). Then start conferencing the other parties. Since the second phone is a participant in the conference they will be put on hold just like the others and can eaves drop if needed.
