Hi everyone,

I know how to do a conference call on the phone ip4WW-24TXH-A-TEL (BK), but I want to know how to do it with incoming calls.
Example if I am busy with a person who called and another person calls me, I want to add that person also in the conversation.
How can I do this if I want to add 3 callers in total.

Thank you in advance

Program a Conference button on the phone. It is much easier than using the soft keys.

Call the first person.
Press the Conference button (puts call on hold and gives Intercom dial tone)
Call the second person with either a 9 (since you're on Intercom) or by pressing a line key.
Press Conference again (puts 2nd call on hold and again gives you Intercom dial tone)
Call the third person with either a 9 (since you're on Intercom) or by pressing a line key.
Press Conference which puts the third call on hold and again gives you Intercom dial tone
Press Conference again and it starts the conference call.

So it is basically press Conference one more time than the number of people you are calling. (three times for two people, four times for three people, etc.)

For POTS lines the technical limit for conferences is two outside parties. This has to do with the circuit design of POTS lines and not the SL1100. If I recall properly the limit is based on analog loss and since much of the interoffice trunking and even local loops are digital you can often conference more than two POTS lines with no issues-- but 2 POTS lines is still all that is officially supported.
