Conference Call Question

Hi guys,

A bit of a head scratcher it would seem, but is there anyway for an agent to initiate a conference call, call out to two parties, introduce them and then leave the conference but the call with the dialled parties still carries on?

I have looked into MeetMe but dont want to hand out PIN numbers etc to what could be a lot of people and the conference button on the station drops the conference when the moderator/originator leaves

I am sure it can be done, but for whatever reason I can not work it out

it can not be done, as you started the conference, once you hang up the two callers will be disconnected, meet me conference is the only option I see.

Thanks, was what I had feared, not sure how else I could manage this without resorting to MeetMe
