conference bridge tunnel noise

I have a customer who is currently experiencing a tunnel-like sound on one of their conference bridges. All other conference bridges seem to be functioning normally. Has anyone ever dealt with this and what is the reason and/or workaround.

Are there analog trunks involved?

or the same annoying individual who stays on speaker phone rather than picking up the handset, thinking their speakerphone is the same quality as a proper conference phone.

no analog trunks.......we ended up rebooting and the problem has been resolved.
