Hi All

Have a conference bridge programmed. - Start-> Menu with TT set of 1 - 4 -> Test user variable with specific pin numbers set for each room -> transfer to the conference meet me.

What the client would like to do is change the pins using variable routing, i'm sure there is a way to get this programmed but cannot think of where to start.

Does anyone have any pointers?

Cheers.

You could stick with the 4 dedicated bridges, storing the PINs a User Variables, and create a menu to change and verify the PINs.

Alternatively, forge ahead to personal meet-me conference bridges, where the bridge ID matches the host's extension number, participants don't need a PIN to join, and the host joins with their personal PIN. Participants can't communicate with each other until the host joins, thus they don't really need a PIN

Hi,

I think any simple way to create bridge conference like call flow in voicemail pro. anyone who want to join to conference room must insert pin on MENU. when voicemail played it say "Welcome to ABC company conference, please insert your pin to join the conference". when they insert right pin then they will join to conference.

anytime we can change the PIN and don't forget to save and make live voicemail pro.

But then the end user cannot change the PIN.

In the menu delete all the entries and add ????? for five digit PIN and after the menu add a compare of the input ($KEY) with the user variables which can be set as TouchToneTommy suggested, if a match is found transfer to the matching conference, if not play a message "wrong PIN try again later" and disconnect.
You need two user variables, one for the ConfPIN (user adjustable) and one for the conference name/number to transfer to.

Figure it out.
