I want to conect 3 baranches of my company which are in diferrent cities through dialup and routers how to configure it and if i can attach modems to the auxilary port of the cisco 2500 router
or what should i have to do to conect these routers through dialup
Your configuration on the aux port should be something like this .
router>conf t
router(config)line aux 0
router(config-line) exec timeout 30 0
router(config-line) password password?
router(config-line) login
router(config-line) modem inout
router(config-line) modem autoconfigure discovery
router(config-line)transport input all
router(config-line)speed 115200
router(config-line)flowcontrol hardware

Make sure your modems are set to auto answer ...
plug the cable into the aux port to the modem , obviously !!!
I hope this puts you in the right direction . Good Luck !!!

Thanx Very much
what if i want to use VPN
if this configuration work ?

I am not up that much on VPN , however you will need a internet connection and the correct vpn software . PPTP or as cisco puts it L2TP . Good luck !!!
