I have a report that conditionally suppresses a detail record based on a formula
(ie. {@OutsideBusinessHours} < 240)

This report is grouped by a field called Team.

The problem occurs when all the records for the Team group meet the suppression criteria and then I have a group header with no detail info. How can I get the group header to suppress if all the detail records for that group are suppressed?

Tks in advance!

Perhaps you can add in a detail section, and use the first detail section to display the Team, with the second detail band displaying the actual detail fields.

Just add to the first detail section the following formatting:

-Suppress if duplicated on the Team field
-The same conditional suppression you use on the real detail fields on the TEAM field
-Suppress blank section on the detail level.

Then suppress the Team Group Header.

That worked exactly like I wanted.

Thanks for your help..
