Hi,
I am working with MS Access 2003.
I am trying to get a total of a field where the value of another field = to a certain value:
For example this is the report:

Name, Count, State
AAA 5 CA
AAB 4 AZ
AZA 10 CA
ACA 3 CA

I am looking to get a sum of the counts where the state = CA and place it in a text field in the report footer. Is there an easy way to do that?

Thanks

Mo

Hi,
I am getting an error that says "Enter Parameter value" Count. I am not sure what is the count for.

Thanks

Mo

Count obviously refers to the sample you provided.
