Hiya,

Im currently trying to build an Access 97 system used for working with TIFF files. These files are organised within folders like C:\Pictures\5001Not all folders contain the same number of files. What I'm trying to do is for the file with the same name as the folder (ie 5001.tif) print the picture with info from a query, and for the rest of the files in the folder print the picture with a different set of info from the same query. I can get it working if I design the report for a set number of pictures. In which case I place the first file in the header, and then 2 or 3 further files in the details. However, I need it to work automatically for variable files quantities ranging from 3 to 8.

Is this possibe at all?

Thanks for your time in advance.

Paddy.

Have you tried using a label format.

This should allow you to put a variable number of pictures on a page.

Thanks nberryman,

Ive tried that, but when I run the label wizard, but the field containing the pictures (linked) can't be added to the list.

Thanks anyway,
Paddy

Run the Wizard and then add the image after using an Image command.

I have an example somewhere if you want to take a look
