Is there a way to have Access verify that a field in a report's underlying query does not contain any NULL values prior to printing? I'd like to get a message box telling me that [plannercode] contains NULL values if that is the case, so I can refresh the data if necessary prior to printing the report.

thank you,
Mark Charleston

Have a look at the DLookUp or DCount functions.

Hope This Helps, PH.
