I am trying to do conditional formatting in a report in access. Here are the tables:
Product - contain product information (productID, Product name, category)
Employee (employeeid, first name, last name, ...)

EmployeeAssigned - (employeeid, EProductID, AssignedDate...)

In my report, I have Category (product by group), product name, first name & last name of employee.

I want to do a conditional formatting on the first name and last name of the employee in my report that will highlight in red color (name of employee)if the AssignedDate is greater than 8/6/07.

Is this possible?

You can use Expression Is in Conditional Formatting.

[AssignedDate] > #mm/dd/yyyy#
