Hi

I am using Crystal 9.0 accessing an MS-Access 2002 database.

I am creating graphs based on physician and I am linking a subreport for doctor service to show the physician how they rate compared to the department as a whole.

The main report (for doctors) is grouped by doctor. The subreport is grouped by doctor service. The main and subreports are linked by discharge date (so same timeframe represented) and doctor service.

For the graphs to be meaningful, I prefer that the maximum grid be the same for each in the service. So if the doctor service graph has a maximum of 12 I want all the physician ones to as well even if they don't automatically do that.

Is there any way to programatically have the grids to a certain maximum value based on service i.e. if doctor service is 00001 then max grid is 12, if doctor service is 00002 then max grid is 10 etc.?

Thanks.

You could also set the line-color to "transparent" so it is totally invisible.

If that doesn't work, you can also look into our 3rd party add-on, CRChart which has specific support for setting axis min/max values at runtime via a formula or field.

Hi

Thanks for your replies. The one problem though is that this item still shows up in the legend and making the font clear for that item still looks odd because the legend has a border.
