Hi

I have a custom field set so if the finish date is less than now() then say Overdue. Works fine.

But i'd like it to do the following:

If = Overdue set whole task to red?

Is this possible in Project and if so how?

Thanks

N

How do you define overdue? Are you using time or work?

(There's no one-step way to do what you are asking but there is at least one two-or-three step way.)

Hi

I have created a custom field with a formula set as follows:

IIF([Finish]<now(), "Overdue", ""))

This is then displayed - at the moment I have it set as a icon (red one).

Just can't seem to find a way to set the whole line of text for the task to red. can change the colour of the bands...

Hope this helps

Step 2: Format > Text styles > choose "highlighted tasks" and set the colour to red.

Step 3: Project > Filter for:xxx... > More filters and click on the New button

FieldName: text1
Test: equals
Value: Overdue

Click OK

This is the key step: Click the Highlight button
