I have a form that I want to change the formatting on a text box “text1055” bound to field “Manager_Owner” if the value of a different field “Manager_num” shown in text box “text1056” is greater than zero. I tried to put into condition 1 of the Conditional Formatting box the expression: “manager_num >0” and also “me.text1056.value>0”, neither of these worked.

Any Thoughts?

[manager_num]>0

Put this in the conditional formatting for the Manager_Owner field.
