Hi,

I have a number of calculated fields in my query. How do I format the text to go red if is above or below a certain threshold say below 0 or above 100. I think I may have to add some code but have no idea where to start.

Can any one help?

Hi!

When your form is in design view select the text box and go to the Format menu and choose Conditional Formatting. Put in your first condition and click the Add button. Put in your second condition and use the Font color button the format the color.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for info. Is this only possible from within a form? I am trying to achieve this when I run the query...

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Pete.

Sorry Pete!

I got confused. I don't think SQL has that type of conditional formatting capabilities. You can always use a form to display the query results in datasheet format and then you can use the conditional formatting capability.
