We are experiencing issue with the Concerto dialer and meeting the FTC requirements. We are being informed the AMD needs to be disable to meet the requirement. However, this is affect our productivity. Is sugguestion on how to handle without disabling AMD?
Even with AMD off, we found no way to conform to the FTC reporting requirements when using call classification through the Avaya switch. We ultimately had to convert to Concerto's DCP technology.
