Comwin software for Siemens Hicom 300

Hi all

The PC where my comwin software was loaded crashed on Friday so the IT guys had to re-load the operating system. I still have the comwin software on that PC but can't connect to the PBX to do programming. Is there a licence that needs to be re-loaded or settings we need to change to get it to connect again?

can you ping 192.0.2.3 or can you ping the customer lan ip address for the hipath?
