Computer rebooting when accessing Windows Update page????HELP

I'm using a win 98 se and every time I try to access the windows update page on the internet the computer reboots.Any Ideas???

Get your AV up-to-date
Check for a virus
Run updated Spybot
Run updated Ad-Aware

If this doesn't solve your problem

Run Hijackthis and post the log on this site.
