We have a huge Powerpoint file full of professional quality photos. They were not compressed before being added. At times when I have been creating such a file I get a message offering to compress all my large images (or something similar). Does anyone know how to access this service after the creation of the file.
Compressing the images one at a time will take a long time.
Thanks

I found it myself at Microsoft. When you go into the facility to compress one picture, you get the opportunity to select all pictures and compress.
It took our file down from 300MB to around 11MB.
Hope this helps someone else who finds this post in a search.

PS To compress a picture, select the picture, view the picture tool bar, click the compress icon.
