hello Everyone,
I am trying to re-create an existing excel report in cognos. This current excel reports contains 30 rows and four columns.
column one has has the metric name;
column two has the metric for a certain day selected by user via a date-prompt;
column three has the average or maximum or minimum or percentage for the past 30 days;
column four has the average or maximum or minimum or percentage for the past 60 days.
each of the 30 rows has a different calculation.

Could you please advise what the best way is to accomplish this?
Any help will Greatly Appreciated.

Thank you.

You can either create the 30 day query and the 60 day query and join them into an output query or you can create your 30 and 60 data items with logic in them like:

if (Date is in the date criteria)
then (Fact)
else (0)
