Maybe this will be helpful to someone working with VM Pro 9.1.6 windows version (or others). I wanted completely custom queue position messages without any breaks in the message. In a queue position action I recorded the complete message into the custom number prompts in the "specific" tab. Then I recorded .7 seconds of silence and put the silent message into the Entry Promts tab. However it was still playing the default number and not the custom message. I found the custom number files that I recorded (cust1.wav, cust2.wav, etc) in C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\Custom\NumericPrompts and copied them to C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\CustomPrompts\NumericPrompts then they worked great.
Works well if someone desires to have more interesting queue position prompts such as (not real examples) "I'm sorry but you are currently caller 10 in the queue" or "Congratulations, you have reached queue position number 1--I'm sure we'll be with you at any moment
