Completed with Exceptions Error 1

Hi!!

I am using BackupExec V10.0 that is running on Windows Server 2000.

Lately after backups jobs have taken place. I have been receiving "Completed with Exceptions" instead of "Successful" for the Job Status.

The error that I have been receiving is:

Backup - \\GPCDC2\Microsoft Exchange Public Folders

AOFO: Initialization failure on: "Microsoft Information Store". Advanced Oepn File Option used: VERITAS Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP).

Snapshot provider error (0xE0008516): Resources specified for snapshot do not have any valid data on them. Check if files were deleted or renamed.

Check the Windows Event View for details.

Please, can anyone help? I'm not too familiar with Backup Exec, as this is my first week on the job. I've found a few relevant articles, but a definitive answer would be make me feel more comfortable.

Veritas has an explination for 2003 Exchange on 2003 SBS

Exchange 2003 uses the Exchange Server 2003 VSS writer.
Backup Exec 10.0 is expecting VSS format introduced in 2003 SBServer.

I do not have Exchange, just Veritas 10 on server 2000 and I have started getting this error message.
