Compiling ECP in windows

Hi,

Has anyone compiled the ECP in windows using Visual Studio
2005. Are there any any special considerations when installing visual studio 2005.

We have problem getting VS 2003 (which is the requirement,
and is de-supported).

Any ideas of how to get around this problem?

Have you tried using the Ellipse Admin Console?

Hi Dianne,

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I am using the admin console to do my compilation of the ecp.

On a windows 2003 environment it seems like VS 2003 is a must have from ellipse 6.2.2. I thought, that maybe someone out there managed to get the the compilation right with VS 2005
