compiled cystal report not launch

I have developed a crystal report and compiled, distributed to the shared location, my queestion is, one of my users can not run the report via rptname.exe.. i the workstation have cyrstall installed. I coyied the exe, rpt and crf to the local, and clicked on the exe, NO respone... same as from share location, what should i look into to get this work? thanks

Log onto this workstation as your user name. Does it work then?

You may want to purchase a Crystal Report viewer such as HammerLaunch.

I logged in the workstation it does not work neither...
None of the compiled cycstal report working in this workstation only...

It may be a memory problem.

Did you install all the *.DLL files in the workstation?

The older copies of Crystal included a distribution expert.

I bet that you did not create the distribution expert and you are only trying to run the *.exe.

Thanks for the quick response..
To my understand is, gonne be something wrong with this workstation only, i have remove and reinstalled Crystall report 8.5 at this workstation, cusomization install, and install alll the options and still no work..
we have serval same pc, which dont have any problem to run the same report at all... any ideal?
