Compatibility with Windows 2000 pro

We are running Mas90 version 3.31, apparently Best Software sent us v3.41 upgrade in 2000, but we cannot locate it. We are upgrading our PC's to Windows 2000 Pro and apparently v3.31 is not compatible. Is there a way around this, or does anyone know of a way to get hold of the v3.41 disks? According to Best Software they do not sell them any more as it is an oblsolete version.
