Hi,
I would like to know whether the backup tape created by ArcServe 2000 can be read/restore in BrightStor ArcServe Backup v9 ?

Yes. Tapes written under ARCServe 2000 can be read/restored with ARCserve v9.

I have another question.

Is it possible to read/restore backup tape that is created by ARCserve 2000 or v9 in ARCserveIT 6.61 ?

you should be able to restore on 6.61 without any problem
