Compatibility Matrix question 1

I have a CM system 5.2. I looked up the matrix on Avayas web site to see if a TN2302 should work on my system or not. The 2302 is HV 3 and this is the line provided by the matrix for CM 5.2

FW Vintage HV 0-3: 94 HV 11+: 121

I read this as 0-3 shoud work and 11+ works. Does this also mean there are no HV between 4 and 10? My problem I guess is not knowing how to read this line and apply it. The card red lights in my system and want to be sure the card is bad and not just incompatible. Thank you for any help in this area.
