Comparison on two machines?

I don't know if this is the right forum for this hardware question but...

We have two sun unix servers and the times it takes to run a same job are totally different. I want to know whether the difference comes from the hardwares. I don't know much about the configurations so will just copy the info I got by running 'uname -a' and by referring to our internal document.

Server one: sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-Enterprise, 4000, 4 CPU's@400mgz, 2gbt Memory

Server two: sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-80, 420R, 4 CPU's@450Mgz, 2gbt Memory

Look at the Menu of "Sun System Handbook, Features and Forums", then select the approriate system type that you intend to check.
