Comparison of Avaya IPO to Nortel BCM

What is your opinion of which is better, Avaya IP Office or the Nortel BCM for call center and VOIP what ever you can compare.

This forum is for technical issues and not for endless discussions about the pros and cons of different systems.

Besides that the answers here will not be objective, i like IP Office because i know nothing about the Nortel and a Nortel engineer will most likely prefer the Nortel.

Just compare the both with the product descriptions and the prices and make your decision based on these two.

Avaya has the most implemented phone system in the world. That should say enough.

In my opinion the IPO is a better system.
It is easier (and quicker) to programme and works better especially for analogue phone users.

i have worked on both and the nortel in terms of reliability is far superier product and i think you will find nortel have implemented the most phone systems worldwide
