I have two tables in Access, one has all employees in it, the other only has some of the employees, how do you create a query that will compare the two tables and tell me which records are missing from the second table?

The easiest way is to select New from the Queries tab in Access and use the Find Unmatched wizard.

That worked great carrr, thank you, now I feel stupid

Don't.
