comparing 2 tables

Hey, I have 2 tables that should contain the same records.
But I've found out, that in table 2 there are 2000 records less...

Any way to discover which records are missing here?

Left join table1 to table2 on a key field - look for the null values in table 2

Do Visa versa for missing data in table 1 to table 2.
