Does anyone know the correct driver and parameters for this card? It is installed in a Compaq 1500 server and, according to the manual, is based upon the Texas Instruments Super Eagle Chip. As it predates the Netflex-3 controller, which uses the ThunderLAN (tlan) module, I am not sure which module (if any) will work. Has anyone had any experience installing one of these?

I'm sorry to say that Compaq tech support has, so far, been less use than a chocolate tea pot (at least you can eat the chocolate!).

This may be one of the NICs they got when they bought Thomas-Conrad. If so, you can pretty much forget about any support -- they bought the company for it's customer base, not it's technology.

I have a Compaq NC3120 (not 100% sure if it's similar to the Netflex card).
The NC3120 is a Tulip based card, maybe the Netflex are also.

Thanks for the help, I'll give it a try. Compaq did eventually come up with:
duplex=2
speed=10
debug=0x10
But guess what? It didn't work! X-)
