Hello,

This post is for DJ Hunt or anyone else who's used CompanionLinkPro. DJ, I know you highly recommended it a year ago. Do you still? We're looking at something to sync Outlook to Goldmine and iPads/iPhones to Goldmine. Sounds like this is it. Does it work well with recurring events?

Absolutely. I just did an install for a client last week and they love it. Remember: GoldMine -> Google, and then set up iPad <-> Google, Outlook <-> Google, iPhone <-> Google, Android Device <-> Google or any other device. Virtually everything syncs to Google by default.

Told my boss about CompanionLinkPro & he's already used it with bad results. Google is not an option. Have you heard of anything else that will work. He suspects the way to go is syncing with Apple, i.e. syncing his iPhone, iPad & Outlook in the Apple cloud & then having Outlook update Goldmine. Ever heard of this?

Well, you could try Syncing GoldMine to Outlook, and from there wherever you want. GoldMine Premium does have the ability to sync with Outlook.

I and my Clients have been using CompanionLink Pro successfully for years and it is, supposedly capable of syncing GoldMine to an Apple device. Although I can say that I know the GoldMine->Google, and then every device available works perfectly.

Have you looked at wMobile, a non-syncing solution? An interface that gives any browser live access to GoldMine.
