companion phones

Can anyone tell me if changing the DN on a companion phones will require me to de-register and re-register the phone? Thanks so much!

You shouldn't have to. The only thing you'll probably have to do is change the DN display on the phone itself so it reads the correct extension

I'm not sure anyone knows how to make that change. Do you have procedures for changing the display. The phones are 3660.

To Register Phone:
1. Power Phone On
2. ENTER - “Menu * * *”
3. Select - “SYS”
4. Select - “ADD”
5. For Password, ENTER - “72346” (your password)
6. For DN, ENTER - “XXX” (XXX = the phone’s extension)
7. For Enter Name, ENTER - “XXX” (XXX = the phone’s extension)
8. Select - “SAVE”
