companion c3060 registration

I need to register a companion model 3060 and I can't seem to figure it out. I Have the manual for the 3050 but the 3060 manual is not on the nortel site, the link is broken. Does anyone know how to do this.

It took my vendor 2 weeks to get this from Nortel & it isn't in any document that I know about!
