Hi guys

have a setup with 1 x Master BS which is working fine, 3720 handsets registered fine to the master. However there are 2 new slave BS which I cannot get to sync.all running same 7.2 revision. Is there a way to identify the DECT Radio password on the master as this is possibly not what I believe it to be. If not, if this password is changed on the Master does it need to be changed elsewhere? Will the existing 3720's that are currently working have to be reregistered? Thanks for any insight you can offer

If you have setup the master correctly it should be the sync master as well with the sync region defined, i always use region 1.
The slaves can be on DHCP but in the DECT you define the master ip address, system name and password and set it as slave sync in region 1.
Afer a reboot you will see the slave in the master under devices, click on add and it will be ok.
Make sure the base stations are within the radio signal reach of the master otherwise they will never sync.

Thanks for that. I think it is all programmed correctly, however it is possible that the password that I am putting into the slaves DECT Radio is not that same as that which is in the master. Is this password ONLY used for the Radio Sync? if I reset it on the master will the 3720's lose their registration?

Phones will not loose registration and when installing a system always take good note on the credentials used.
It avoids trouble like this but if you took over the system from a unknown installer this is the only option left.

once again intigrant, you have helped immensely. The slave is now able to be seen in the master's Devise overview. It shows the slave ip, name, rfpi, device name & version correctly. Only issue left is that the slave shows NOT IN SYNC in red text instead of ok?

Then the only thing which could be the problem is the synch region.
