Compact 7.0 Trunk Supervision on Lines 31-34 1

I have a Compact ICS with r7.0 software and I can turn on trunk supervision for lines 01-04 but not for 031-034. When I get to the trunkmode and press change it allows me to change it from unsup to super and then I exit programming. After a few seconds I return to programming and check to see if it is still set as Super and it is not. I have tried changing trunk cards out, f**startup, and just about every other thing I can think of to trick those lines into being supervised.

Ohhh and this is the third 7.0 software card and the second cabinet that I have tried.

Any Ideas?

Anyone have this problem?

Have you swapped the trunk cards to see if it follows the card?

Another trick to try in this type of situation is to copy the programming from line 001 to 031 and see if it takes.

If it gives you an error, that will be a clue to pursue.

While in Line 001 program select COPY and then chose 031.

I have swapped trunk cards but to no avail. I have not tried copying the programming though. I will give it a shot to see if that works.

Thanks HerpesSimplex for the post. I did the copy feature on the line and it worked great. Don't know why it would not take it the normal way but it sure worked when I did the copy.
