Compact 6x16 LJ-11 connections

OK, stupid question. Which pins should the extensions be connected to in an LJ-11 LJU?

Pins 2 and 3 work but I think they should be 3 and 4.

Anyone???

the extension should be the first 16 pairs
each phone uses a single pair to work
16 pair = 16 phones
