Does anyone know what ports the services run on? One of my clients will not communicate with the server after installing a new network licensing software.

I've found that it is 8400-8403, the exact port of the new software. Any way to configure a way around this?

No way round it that I know of...main ports for Galaxy comms are 8400 - 8403.

These are definately required.

You then need a range of different ports if running through a firewall

Luckily the network management software company was good enough to help us get their port changed over. Be careful when using Brava Desktop with commvault.

thinking more about it....it's actually 8400-8402 for cvd now

Not too far out mate (you wouldn't have had any backups though using those ports) ;-)
