Good Afternoon!
I'm getting a big issue here on the company that I work. This is my scenario:
CM 6.0
Altitude uCI 7.5
AES 6.3
We are trying to implant Altitue to make predictive calls. Altitude conects direct to CM through CTI-Link.
All components IP are locate on the same network region as configured on ip-network-map. By the configuration we use Location to define ARS the call will use and the trunk.
Here comes the problem, when the altitude makes the call, the call flow don't respect the location and try to access the "All ARS" or the ARS defult as you prefer. The command is send to CM by ASAI.
I read in some ASAI documentation that ASAI can delivery the string that defines the ARS/Trunk etc...
This is my doubt, is it possible to define the location or ARS that the Altitude predictive call will use?
