Good Afternoon!

I'm getting a big issue here on the company that I work. This is my scenario:

CM 6.0
Altitude uCI 7.5
AES 6.3

We are trying to implant Altitue to make predictive calls. Altitude conects direct to CM through CTI-Link.
All components IP are locate on the same network region as configured on ip-network-map. By the configuration we use Location to define ARS the call will use and the trunk.

Here comes the problem, when the altitude makes the call, the call flow don't respect the location and try to access the "All ARS" or the ARS defult as you prefer. The command is send to CM by ASAI.

I read in some ASAI documentation that ASAI can delivery the string that defines the ARS/Trunk etc...

This is my doubt, is it possible to define the location or ARS that the Altitude predictive call will use?

Hi
We have the issue since long time and the only workaround we found was to provide Prefix to altitude team and so we can assign specific route
So imagine you have one campain need to go through trunk 120 for all international calls > prefix give to Altitude is 233 > so the dialer will have to prefix like that > 0 (ars code ) 233 > 00 33 3 26 40 25 11 > so ARS will use route pattern using trunk 120 for all calls starting with 233

But that situation that you discribe, the ARS you are using still ARS defult, you are just forcing a outgoing trunk to the call through ARS defult. I want the call uses the ARS by location.
