I have a question on upgrading from Communication Manager 3.1.2 to 3.1.4. I know it's pretty straightforward, but the one concern I have is a specific Incremental Patch build (3.1.2-14852) created to resolve a path replacement issue when transferring/conferencing out of attendants in our Modular Messaging 3.0. Would the latest Service Pack for 3.1.4 (14881) contain this code fix, because 3.1.4 > 3.1.2 and 14881 > 14852? Any help would be much appreciated!

you would probably have to call Tier III for that answer...
most likely, they have resolved that issue, it could even have been resolved in the base load (CM 3.1.4 vs CM 3.1.2), but if the issue pops up again on CM 3.1.4, rest assured that they will still make custom patches for CM 3.1.4. The same cannot be said of CM 3.1.2 any longer...

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.
