Communication Error 1

I am getting the following Error....

Communication Error
Communication failed with all configured Web Component Servers because they are disabled or not currently running. If this problem continues, please contact the system administrator.


Everything looks fine though.
Any idea?

Open up the Crystal Configuration Manager and restart all the services and see if the problem persists.

Try this....go into the CCM (Crystal Configuration Manager) and click on the Enable/Disable Servers...log in as administrator. Make sure the WCS is enabled.
