How do I get rid of the spyware called Commonname
my spyware won't delite it from Computer. Can't get it out of startup. I have Spybot and have used adware, they can identify but can't remove, says in memory and being used by another program...I have XP Pro OS

After trying the registry fixes without success, I downloaded 4 different software programs that remove Trojan horses, the final one "spy Sweeper" did the job...
