Common Faults on Norstar??

Gidday,

I'm just wondering if someone could suggest test procedures (Other than Feature 805) or advise of common faults so I know what to look for.

I operate a telecommunications repair centre in Australia. I will shortly be testing/repairing Norstar CICS/MICS systems as well as M7324/M7310/M7208/M7100 Phones.
I have installed a few of these but have never been back for a fault repair.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
