The OCX is called COMDLG32.OCX and ships with both VB and the Visual Studio serivce packs.
Check your Windows System or System32 folders for the file, if you can't find it you should maybe use Find File to see if it's elsewhere on your system. If it's corrupted you may need to extract it from the VB CD, or maybe try reregistering it using REGSVR32 from the DOS prompt.
Did you recently removed any programs from your computer ?
And did the deinstallation program asked you to remove "any shared components no longer" ? If you ansered YES then you have a problem.. (It happend once to me) As far as I know it's possible to add the file manually to your system32 folder..

Thanks, the COMDLG32.OCX is corrupted on my machine, don't know why. I am in the process of copying the OCX from another machine and registering it on the machine with the corrupted OCX. That should take care of it.
