Simple VB6 app, made a small change, works on all developers' PCs, works on the Users' Win2K PCs, except for the user Department Head.
(yikes!)
When we click on the File Open button in the app, we get:
"The common dialog function failed during initialization (Error 32765) This error occurs when sufficient memory isn't available."
There is nothing on this searching the forum, and MSDN only returns the text of this error message, with nothing further.
I always put the dll's and whatnot in the app folder. It has comdlg32.ocx dated 3/13/2001 and mscomctl.ocx dated 1/6/1999. I'm not sure what other 'system' files you would be interested in. This app worked find before today on this PC.
I've rebooted the subject PC and recompiled the app.
Any suggestions on this error?
